We have been training dogs for 30+ years coast to coast, so with the many years of being in service to humans and canines alike, we have learned not one way is the “right” way! We are based in Vero Beach, Florida, we provide “in home” and “in kennel” quality obedience training options, along with many different fun options for busy households. Our Pomerania mix Mollie had an incredible lesson with Tara this morning. We have truly met the dog whisperer. Tara bonded with Mollie immediately and had a solution for every challenge. Mollie’s incessant barking has discontinued. Thank you Tara and Elite!!!.

I honestly can’t thank Tara enough! I’ve had several German Shephard Dogs over the years and this has to be the best training experience I’ve ever had. It meant I could handle things properly from day one and avoid accidentally teaching my puppy bad habits. Every time I had a question, Tara responded with helpful advice that made sense. Tara explains things clearly and I never felt rushed or put under pressure. Tara is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything easy to follow and the training sessions were enjoyable for both me and my dog! Tara confirmed before every appointment and her communication was appreciated. I feel confident that my dog and I are off to the best possible start thanks to her. We will be continuing with additional training. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dog trainer. Highly, highly recommend!!

We rescued Flash a few years ago from an abusive past. Quickly we learned his most efficient defense mechanism was biting. We have tried working with multiple dog trainers in the past with no success, to the point where we just stopped bringing people over to keep everyone safe. Even having him groomed was a process that made us very nervous. Tara was recommended to us and within 5 minutes of meeting her, we had a newfound hope for Flash and our future. She worked so well with Flash, quickly gained his trust and taught us things to look out for and how to avoid and handle stressful situations. After weeks of training, we can successfully say we have had people over to our house and Flash has acted like a new dog. We are SO thankful our paths crossed with Tara. She really knows her stuff and knows how to get into the minds of canines, instead of just leash training with a pocketful of treats. I highly highly recommend reaching out to Tara for any of your canine needs. Here are pictures of Flash from his most recent grooming session with his new friends!!
What a wonderful experience we had with canine College and Tara. My daughter had a dog that we could not potty train for over two years and reached out for help. She had her a total of eight days and she’s been home for a week and we haven’t had a mess up once. Her facility was so clean and she was so kind. We will absolutely work with her again five stars would recommend.
