My experience with this team is out of this world. Tara is the best she took a 14 week old lab puppy and made it the best lab puppy at 24 weeks old you would ever want. Tara had her trained on and off leash. Tara is very caring and direct but gentle don't matter how much she teaches them good or bad Sadie still loved her and loved seeing her every time she came. Tara has been wonderful! Came to her with 2 very happy, curious and excited GSP’s (3 yr old and an 8 mth old) looking to better handle their excitability on walks and get them ready for off leash adventures. She was always accommodating, available and understanding to help coach me through building more confidence. Tara is truly one of a kind. I feel so lucky to have worked with her — she’s not simply a dog trainer; she’s a remarkable guide to a deeper, more meaningful relationship with your animals. She has helped me build the kind of bond with my dogs that I honestly didn’t even know was possible. She’s worked with both of my dogs — Peanut, my tiny 4-pound companion who is always by my side, and Scout, my 80-pound powerhouse we trained for service work. Tara somehow understood each of them at the deepest level and brought out the very best in both. Thanks to her, Peanut has become the perfect little companion — a calm, joyful presence who comes with me everywhere, from restaurants to international trips. And Scout, who was a real handful at first, now goes everywhere with me off-leash, and I can trust her wholeheartedly. The bond we share is so much deeper, richer, and more rewarding than I ever thought possible — and it’s one of the greatest joys of my life. Tara doesn’t just teach techniques — she sees the soul of every animal she works with, and she shows you how to build a relationship rooted in real trust and understanding. She brings out parts of your dog — and yourself — that you might never have known were there. On top of her incredible gift with animals, she’s also one of the most warm, intuitive, and genuinely caring people you could ever hope to meet. Working with Tara has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I am forever grateful for everything she has given me and my dogs.

We wanted our Havanese to be trained as a service dog. We worked on obedience training, walking, sitting, and how to behave in public settings. Tara’s knowledge and patience made all the difference not only for our girl but for us too. At the end of our training sessions, we were very confident that we accomplished what we set out to do. Tara has also offered to be available in the event we had any further questions. We would highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient trainer.
