We have been training dogs for 30+ years coast to coast, so with the many years of being in service to humans and canines alike, we have learned not one way is the “right” way! We are based in Vero Beach, Florida, we provide “in home” and “in kennel” quality obedience training options, along with many different fun options for busy households. We understand that every client has a different idea in the approach to training. Our goal as trainers, is to create a healthy, happy, life long relationship between you and your canine.

She didn’t just train Dylan—she trained me to communicate with him in a way he understands. I’ve seen such a difference in his behavior, and now we’re both more confident and in sync. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and skilled trainer, Tara is the best! Highly recommend! 🐾👏

I was a new pet owner when I adopted 4 year old Amya. I worked a couple with a trainer with no significant results when my mobile groomer referred me to Tara of Elite Florida Canine College. It was a world of difference! Not only did she help me understand and work with inherited behavior since it was an adoption but she worked on correcting lack of prior training for Amya and also trained me on how to understand and train her. Tara is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, patient, professional, and clearly loves and cares for the dogs. As a bonus she is great at sharing information and tips for the overall care of the dog. In my case we had to get her used to her face being touched which took time. I also left Amya with Tara for up to two-week periods while traveling abroad with full confidence that she was in a good place and well taken care of; receiving updates and pictures to keep informed. I highly recommend Elite Florida Canine College.

Tara is an amazing person and trainer. She always makes sure that my puppy and I have a great experience with her training. She has done so much with teaching and training my pup. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer. Her boarding facility is clean and she cares and pays attention for every dog that stays with her crew. Thank you to everyone at Elite Florida Canine College.
