Elizabeth Ingalls Dog Behavior and Training

We worked with Elizabeth after adopting our 5 year old Pyrenees/Maremma Sheepdog rescue. We had gotten into a bit of a stalemate with our new dog around the potty routine and we were starting to feel little hopeless and lost and our relationship with our dog was taking a hit because of it. Talking with Elizabeth completely saved us. Rather than just giving the same rote training advice that you find on the internet, she really listened to our situation, got to know us and our dog and tried to figure out where the problems were coming from. After working with her we were able to find a solution that worked for us and our dog and ever since then the transformation has been amazing. The trust in our relationship and bond with our dog is so much stronger and it’s given us an amazing base to now work on other training. Every question I asked across a bunch of areas (behavior with other dogs, physical pain issues, barking, enrichment, diet and weight, etc), Elizabeth had answers and ideas for. She clearly understands dogs and their behavior, but she also really understands people and her magic is being able to bridge the two together to find solutions and plans that work for both humans and their animals. I am so thankful that I found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to grow their relationship and training with their dog.

Elizabeth is absolutely the best trainer you could ever have! Her method of building, a relationship with your dog is the best I’ve ever seen ! Working remotely gave so much more opportunity in the whole process. Much better than a once a week session in person. Working remote allowed me to video my dog, and certain situations that Elizabeth was able to watch and specifically advise me on I would not have had these opportunities if we weren’t working remotely. Likewise, she was able to show me videos working with her precious dog Phoenix, who was a big help in the whole process!! She also provided me with lots of resources for extra learning. I was able to apply everything I learned from Elizabeth to build a trusting relationship with my dog. I am so grateful for how she has enriched my learning process and working with my dog!
