I had such a great experience with Joanna from Enlightened Pawz. She always responded quickly to messages. She did an initial assessment and devised a plan to tackle my pup’s behaviors that I wanted to work on. She is kind, patient, and even my most apprehensive dog looked forward to her sessions. She was non critical and would offer suggestions to help reshape behavior and gave me plenty of tools for me to work with my dog on my own. I highly recommend Joanna, she is so personable it felt like working with a friend.

Joanna took excellent care of my two large dogs for many years, both at my home and hers, and they were always very happy and enthusiastic to see her. They treated her as their second mom. Joanna was always very responsive to my requests for petsitting or dog daycare, and consistently cheerful and professional. She handled my large, boisterous dogs well and I could tell that she truly cared about my dogs. She once had to take my elderly dog Kayleigh to the emergency vet an hour away when I was out of town and I will be forever grateful for her for her efforts on behalf of my girl. Joanna is my favorite dog professional and I hope to use her services in future whenever I have dogs again.
