Exceptional Canines In-Home Dog Training

My pup was almost 12 weeks> Indigo in one session had my pup sit wait at door & potty outside on his mat. To this day he associates sitting with good behavior. Toby is now 6 mo (neutered etc in between) Ingo in less than 15 minutes taught my pup not to be impulsive & when his leash is on he totally understands he is in training. He sits, stays & waits for command. MUST UNDERSTAND> MY PUP WAS A MONSTER> Half English Bulldog/Chihuahua...He owned me in complete FUN FOR HIM! But I knew he was serious intelligent (Above my understanding) ONLY 2 Sittings with Ingo changed not only my pup but my understanding of this breed. I'd never had a small dog more determined than me. Don't lose out>Ingo trains dogs bc he's not only exceptional, but his passion to be certain you help your dog is apparent! My 2nd session I was so fascinated how my pup was sitting facing him seeking what he needed to do I couldn't react as he asked me to> Ingo needed to remind me. You need to know why I am so impressed> You can't unless you have had a pup that was a monster in a cute body!! I've NEVER considered re-homing any animal ( I've had many including training horses) but I was not equipped to outsmart my pup. HES NOW MY LITTLE IN-TRAINING MONSTER. I loved him big or I would not have sought Ingos help> NOW, we have communication & fun together! I could go on and on because I am just thrilled to have my friend and enjoy his company w/o seeking what monster, intentional act he did in the 3 minutes I turned my back! I understand his dog talk now❣️

My Wife and I have waited patiently for the right time to bring a pup into our family of 5. We knew and discussed many times that we wanted to give the pup the best life possible and that a huge piece of manifesting that desire was have a clear and defined foundation for communicating with our cuddly canine. We conducted a fairly deep dive into at-home trainers in our area and upon discovering Exceptional Canines, our interest was piqued. After a week of sitting on the idea and reviewing our options we decided to reach out to Exceptional Canines and Ingo responded almost immediately. We had a brief introductory call and a subsequent questionnaire. After discussing amongst ourselves, my wife and I decided to commit to Ingo and his curriculum before we picked up our pup, so we prepaid for Exceptional Canines services! This worked out to be the best decision we could have ever made! Ingo provided us a myriad of tools and educational materials to research and study before we brought our 10 week old Corgi "Waffles" home. We felt undeniably prepared for Waffles' arrival after Ingo's guidance on tools and accessories for potty training, developmental stages/expectations, methodology and even apps to help with it all! Because we had a baseline of education from studying all of Ingo's curriculum he was able to closely refine our processes and point out ways to make our communications more clear. We were able to teach Waffles his name, to sit and to feel comfortable in his crate in under 10 minutes each. It became very apparent to me at that time, that Ingo has an unremarkable ability to read our pup and his emotions which further solidified the choice in in-home training we made. Additionally, Ingo is AKC certified for a multitude of different assessments including S.T.A.R. puppy and Canine Good Citizen. Overall, we are so entirely grateful that Ingo was able to work with us. He is professional, patient and an incredible teacher for dogs and humans alike. We cannot wait to continue growing and learning together, Thanks Ingo!

I’m so pleased with my experience with Ingo. I’ve been to 3 dog trainer “classes” to no avail. I could not get any of the things we learned to stick. My Basset hound was stubborn and I had such a hard time controlling him. He began snapping at our other dog which he’d never done and we knew we needed next level help. Our other issue was he would bark uncontrollably whenever I came home or anyone visited. In ONE session with Ingo, I can now say, “enough” and he stops. By implementing the take it/leave it command he stopped his defensiveness for food. Again, all that was from ONE session. He helped us understand what was happening in Oapie’s mind which helped us tremendously. Highly recommend Ingo and Exceptional Canines.

I was only able to have Ingo out to my home for one training session before we leave town for a few months. I was amazed at what we accomplished in 2 hours! Our top priorities were better leash manners and to stop his barking when the doorbell rings. We accomplished both! Ingo recommended the proper tools to use with my dog and explained how each dog responds differently to different training tools. I am now able to go for relaxing enjoyable walks with Arlo healing by my side. He seems happier too! He now just gives one bark when the doorbell rings and that’s it! Ingo is excellent about communicating and following up to see how things are going. After the first session you get a password to use for his website which allows you access to so many other training tools. I look forward to working with Ingo again in the future! I would highly recommend Ingo if you are looking for results!
