I can not possibly say enough positive about Ingo, after 1 visit we now have a family member rather than what we thought was a mistake. In one visit we learned how to deal with Levi, (keep in mind we have had dogs for 40 years but Levi has a mind of his own). I recently had a terrible experience with a pit bull next door that traumatized both Levi and me. Levi's confidence was shattered (as well as mine), after a terrible fall with him bolting on me recently I look forward to our long walks again. Thank you , thank you, Ingo!

My boyfriend and I recently had our signature session with Ingo and the experience was amazing! Before the session, Ingo spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone going over what our current issues are, what our goals are, and how he structures his trainings. Ingo came in very prepared and started by sitting down with us outlining with the next 90 minutes would look like and setting clear expectations. We had a full 90 minutes of watching Ingo work with our dog and then hands-on training where we learned how to handle him. Within one session we’ve seen significant changes in our dog that have lasted even been after Ingo left. We never felt any pressure to commit to a training plan but knew we wanted to continue working with him. He was clear, respectful, and the best priced Dog Trainer in the valley. After one session Ingo provides access to his online learning portal, giving us great resources to continue training on our own in between sessions. You also have access to resources like his Amazon store front, training videos, and Ingo himself who has already followed up with additional texts after our session. I’d recommend Ingo to any dog owners looking to improve the relationship with their dog

I'm sorry to have write a negative because the guy seemed nice. But I never received the service I paid for. Had one training session and never heard from him again. And yes I contacted him as it says in the contract. I was told he was going thru some personal things. I figured he would get back to when he had time. I'm still out the money I paid. Had to take my dog elsewhere.
