Animal control officers responded July 24 to a report that a dog had died the previous weekend after being boarded at Faithful K9 Trainer in Coeur d’ Alene. Police said that because the deficiencies weren’t resolved by the time animal control officers returned the next day, they shut the place down. The city of Coeur d’ Alene has revoked Faithful K9 Trainer’s kennel license, according to police."

Prepared months in advance with speaking to Richie (owner) and Brandi to board our 3 dogs for a trip with travel arrangements and reservations completed. I was reassured by both Richie and Brandi our pups were set and will b taken care of. The afternoon we were dropping our dogs off, called to verify if ok to bring our dogs in (we we’re leaving early am), was met with the rudest, immature male who said among many obnoxious statements “ I am riches nephew in training to take over to run this place”. He couldn’t locate my reservations, my dogs files or any part of arrangements made. Told me Richie is not available period. Spoke to Brandi she apologized and was going to contact Richie to have him call me that night. Travel plans adjusted, but thank God I did not leave our beloved dogs in their hands. Owner Richie or Brandi never contacted me again. Horrible experience. Be very careful.
