About Family Dog Obedience
Our trainer, Val Klein, has been endorsed from the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors and is an evaluator for the American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen test. Dog obedience classes are held at: 1698 North Main Street Ext, Butler, PA 16001. The 8,000 sq. ft. facility features dog-activity-friendly flooring and a wide selection of state-of-the-art dog training equipment. Our growth and success are based on referrals from past/present students, friends and family members of those students, and many local veterinarians’ offices, all of which we are extremely grateful for! Attending classes, and learning about dogs and dog behavior make our students “part of the family.”

Family Dog Obedience has given me a totally new approach on dog training. Not only has my puppy progressed but my thoughts as a dog owner has been enriched. I can't say enough wonderful things about Val and her training! She is very proficient, assertive, yet still entertaining! We learned a lot, and can't wait to learn more at her other classes! She definitely earns the title of Butler's pup whisperer! I am very pleased with our experience and my dog is turning in to a well mannered little dude!
