I recently adopted my first dog and realized quickly that her experience in her previous home and the shelter really affected her. I was in over my head and found FetchMasters through a general search. Tom immediately made time to call me personally and to better understand my needs. I loved their fair pricing but I really enjoyed that they were the only training company that I researched who didn’t require me to use a prong or shock collar on my dog. And then, I started working with Linda and through the pandemic she made it possible via FaceTimes and even incorporated a few in-person sessions. She also makes herself available in between sessions when I really needed help via email, texts, calls, and even an impromptu FaceTime. My dog and I are still working on things but her behavior has improved, as well as our relationship, over a short amount of time. I would absolutely recommend this family-owned company to anyone in need of a trainer.

My husband found fetch masters online after working with a handful of prior trainers. Our dog is highly intelligent and athletic, an Aussie shepherd. His past trainers never seemed to understand him and his potential.We took a chance with Fetch Masters. So thankful we did, It’s been one of the most fruitful relationships with any business. The owners, Tom and Linda, care much more about our dog and my husband and I than money. They did what other trainers could not by taking the time to understand our dog. Fetch Masters goes beyond the normal scope to give our dog what he specifically needs. Tom and Linda feel more like mentors as they not only have transformed our dog but also our relationship with him. Our day to day life has changed because of the tools we all learned with Fetch Masters. I would never take my dog elsewhere, we drive hours to be able to learn from their expertise. I never feel uncomfortable, or unsure which is invaluable when your leaving your fur baby. Our dog began with the two week obedience workshop, four years ago, and hasn’t lost any progress. He then did a more intensive three week course that further transformed him. We continue to send our dog to fetch masters when he needs a tune up and every time we go on vacation. He is always happy to arrive, he never even looks back to say goodbye. Don’t hesitate with trusting fetch masters, they will not disappoint.

Online Training--Exceeded Expectations!!! I highly recommend using FetchMasters. Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, FetchMasters has done a remarkable job. The ability to utilize online training sessions via Zoom has kept my dog's training on track. Shiloh is my first big dog and being able to continue her training during the stay-at-home restrictions has been extremely valuable. Anyone who has had a big dog knows how fast they grow, and that the value of teaching impulse control is imperative. I started my training with Linda in person; then shortly after the first session, the stay-at-home restrictions were implemented. The next three sessions we did online. We would connect via Zoom, although she has other options for people to choose. The training remained the same as if I were on her property and having a face-to-face session. Highlights of the online training are as follows: -Demonstrated with her own dog the commands -Evaluated my training and gave immediate feedback and suggestions. -Convenient format; easy to use technology. I would highly recommend FetchMasters for all your training needs and their ability to adapt to an online system has been seamless.
