We had an amazing experience with Fidelio and couldn’t be happier with the training Coco received! From the very beginning, everyone was so knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They really took the time to understand Coco and worked with her in a way that made such a difference. We’ve seen a huge improvement in her behavior, listening, and overall confidence, and we feel so much more confident continuing her training at home. We also really appreciated how much they genuinely cared about Coco and her success. We were very impressed with Fidelio from start to finish. We were struggling with typical 5 mo old beagle puppy behaviors and Donovan and Trent came to our house and gave us several actionable tips that made a big difference in her behavior and demeanor. As a first time dog owner, I had a lot of questions — they took time to explain their approach and ease my nerves. When she was old enough to attend their board and train program, we sent her for 3 weeks. She came back a transformed puppy. Our house has felt calmer and more joyful since coming home. We will definitely be using them to board her in the future. Their facility is very clean and organized and all the trainers are friendly and approachable. Thank you Fidelio!

Fidelio made our lives better. We rescued a 4 year old dachshund with heart worms and bad habits. Once we treated her, we were left with an adult dog that was reactive on walks and destructive and barking in her kennel. Squirrels, buses, other dogs and birds were all met with barking and pulling and complete loss of control. It was stressful for us and for our dog. She did a month of boarding and training. And through our sessions we learned how to be better humans so she can be her best dog self. Trent and Donovan gave her structure and consistency and training. They have worked closely with us before, during snd after training. It has transformed our lives. She is calm and confident on our walks. She sits, stays, recalls and loves her kennel as her safe space. Because she is a rescue, she has triggers from her past but through training she looks to us to guide her through. She is more at peace and bonded because she trusts us to be consistent in all circumstances. Anyway can’t thank Fidelio enough!

We are so glad we chose Fidelio for training. We adopted our dog Cricket from a local shelter and soon realized we were in over our heads. Donovan and Trent came to our rescue in such a big way. I’ll admit we were reluctant to do a board and train at first, but it was right for us and the results exceeded our expectations. Trent has a presence that engenders canine respect, in the best way! He transformed Cricket into a well-mannered companion, and now he is teaching us and our kids how to maintain and improve on that - and, most importantly, how to have an appropriate relationship with our dog. He introduced us to the eCollar and taught us how to use it correctly. We truly enjoy working with him and learning from him. I have always had dogs and have loved all of them deeply, but having a well-trained dog is new to me and I would never go back!
