I have a reactive and fearful German Shepherd. I had gone through another trainer and it didn’t seem to help much. I eventually found Fidelity K9 through Facebook and Google reviews. Fidelity K9 has been amazing. I have worked with a large amount of the staff and have never been disappointed. I know that I can trust them with my dog when it comes to leaving him there as well as. Steve and his staff have been more than helpful and go above and beyond when I have questions. I look forward to continuing my dog’s training with them. The think that has really blown me away is that Steve has contacted me in between sessions to see how my dog and I are progressing and reaching out to see if I have questions. I have and will continue to recommend Fidelity K9 to anyone who may need dog training.
I had my dog picked up for grooming. Upon return the owner came to the door without my dog. Charged me more that agreed. Said it took longer. He went to his car got my dog. My dog was shaved naked stressed out to no end. I will never trust him with my dig again.
I really appreciate what this company stands for not once did he give me a guarantee or really try to sell me on anything… he presented me with some options in a detailed and kind way… he really took the time to get to know my dog and our home life.. I left the conversation really feeling more in control of my situation at home! Absolutely would recommend giving them a call!
