Is there training reward based?
We use balanced training methods with emphasis on positive reward. We ask owners to bring small soft treats or whatever motivates there dog i.e toys, tug etc.

Carol is phenomenal! We had spent thousands of dollars and spend many hours before Fissan, and in 5 minutes, Carol and her team of dogs and hoomans did more than all of that money and time. Carol is the real life dog whisperer. Save you family and get trained with Fissan - you will be amazing and happy like never before. In addition, as a person with visual impairment, I felt safe and empowered by the staff and the customer service.

DAYCARE: My name is Brandi and I am a cute chocolate lab! have been going to daycare here for quite some time and Mom says I always come home a happy (and tired) pup! The socializing that I get at daycare has made me into a little social butterfly! TRAINING: Carol does such a great job with the training classes. I’ve been to two puppy classes elsewhere and I learn way more with the training here at Fissan than the other two locations. Unlike the other classes I’ve attended elsewhere, there is training happening non-stop from start to finish with the exception of a potty break half-way through! I loved it so much that my Mom has me enrolled in an upcoming intermediate class! GROOMING: My mom is also very pleased with how well they do the nail trims, especially compared to where I used to go. My parents take me on the boat, so it’s important that my nails are groomed so I don’t scratch the seats. My mom won’t take me anywhere else for nail trims! SUGGESTIONS: The first suggestion that I have would be to somehow have a little daily report card for daycare so my Mom knows what I do all day. Something that has a little update on how my day was, who my favorite friend was, a photo of me, etc. Another suggestion would be to have live video feed (so my Mom can peek in on me when she misses me). They did these things at another daycare that I tried in the past & my Mom really liked that. Also, I’d like to mention that at one of the first daycare sessions, I came home with a scratch near my eye and my Mom was a little sad. Thankfully my hair grew back in that spot, but I wish the staff would’ve told my parents about it either via text or when I was picked up. Even though it was a pretty minor thing, I wish the staff would’ve told my Mom and explained what happened. My Dad picked me up so Mom didn’t see it until she got home from work. Overall, the staff and everyone really is wonderful here and I always leave happy and tired! I love my human and doggie friends at Fissan! ~Brandi
I cannot say enough good things about Fissan. The staff is so incredible and kind. My puppy LOVES going and will even get excited if we just drive by the parking lot! The pictures they post of daycare are also so nice to see and so cute. You can tell everyone there has a love for animals
We love the training classes we have taken and plan to continue on with them at Fissan. They are really knowledgeable and professional. Rosie LOVES going there to learn.
