Learning how to interact with our dog and seeing him learn and grow has been a great experience. Ali has been available and supportive throughout the entire process. Having her available after the training and boarding has been invaluable as we navigate new situations. If you're reading the reviews thinking about sending your dog here you absolutely should.

We put our 3 year old reactive pup through the 3 week board and train and have been nothing but impressed with the work that Flash does. Ali has been a delight to work with and has always been there for support in the months following the training. This support has been one of the most important aspects for us. Our dog learned so much over the course of 3 weeks that it took us time to ramp up our own understanding of what he was capable of. We had to do some retraining of ourselves of what was now possible with the tools that they provided him. Knowing that we can always come back to Flash with questions on his development and get a thoughtful insightful response is so important for us. He can still be a challenging dog at times, but with his foundation of training and the knowledge we now have we know how to continue to best set him up for success and continue to work and develop with him to give him the best life possible.

Ali listened to all of our concerns and suggested approaches to deal with any of the unwanted behaviors. Our older dog was very reactive around other dogs, and Ali helped devise techniques to mitigate this issue. Combined with the use of ecollars to help reinforce verbal commands, we now have better control over our 2 dogs out in public places. Good experiences overall. thanks.
