FirstBarkBrenda is a joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable about dog training and how to work with the owner and the dog. She is a good listener and communicates clearly so that you can understand what is being requested and how to do it. Last but not least, the facility is great. Large, extraordinarily clean and well equipped.

Amazing experience with Brenda of Foothills Canine Academy. We took the puppy class and we have really learned good basics to build on as well as socialization. We have enrolled in the next class since this one was so successful. I do have to mention that I have taken my other dog to another training class in Paradise Valley but this class was far superior and much more fun!
Beginner course is the best value available! Brenda gave us all the tools needed to be successful with at-home training of our mini Aussie. She was very thorough and took time to get to know each pup.
Brenda is amazing! Her classes are effective and fun. Riley has learned so much and I enjoy the learning as well.

We recently finished the beginners class with our new rescue dog June. She was a stray and we realized quickly we had a lot to learn to help her be the best dog she could be. We did as much as we could reading articles and watching YouTube videos and knew we would really benefit from the wisdom of an in person dog trainer. We learned so much from Brenda in the beginner class. It’s a great class for learning all the basics. We’ve even signed up for another upcoming class to continue our progress. If your looking for that extra help and guidance from the in person experience these group classes are a great value.
