We have utilized For Paws K9 Training a number of times (Jim is the best in the business) , and we couldn't be happier with the results! This program offered a comprehensive approach to training, including potty training, learning an electric fence, and overall obedience, and it has truly made a difference in our daily lives. Potty Training The potty training portion of the program was especially helpful. The trainers were patient, consistent, and used positive reinforcement techniques that really worked. My dog was able to quickly understand the routine, and after just a few weeks, he was reliably going outside when needed. No more accidents in the house! Electric Fence Training The electric fence training was done with great care. Jim took the time to explain the process thoroughly, making sure we understood how to properly use the system and what to expect. They worked closely with our dogs to ensure they were comfortable with the boundary and responded well to the mild stimulation. It's been a game-changer in terms of giving them the freedom to run around the yard without constantly worrying about him escaping. Overall Experience The overall experience was fantastic. The trainers were knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cared about our dog's progress. I’ve only attended two classes so far with my Cane Corso, but I’m already impressed with For Paws Dog Training. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. They’re incredibly knowledgeable patient and clearly passionate about helping dogs like mine succeed. Working with a reactive breed can be challenging, but the trainers have shown genuine understanding and care not just for my dog, but for me as an owner navigating this journey. My husband and I have been bringing our 2 Shelties to training at For Paws K9 Training for over a year. The experience has been great for our dogs-and for us! Our dogs are much easier to handle now, they LOVE going to class, and we have the needed tools to help them be at their best. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable, and they treat our girls-and us-with kindness and respect. We would definitely recommend For Paws to get the best from your puppers!
