Foundation K9 NWI

I thought about if I wanted to post this or not. On August 4th my Wife took our Dog Loki to Foundation K9 for training. Loki was a 3.5 year old American Staff full of life. My Wife had done research and this place had good reviews. On August 14th my Wife had gotten a call saying Loki wasn't very responsive and didn't look good. My wife went and picked him up that evening and he was not in good shape. We took him to the vet on Friday morning and the Vet said he could have had a slipped disk which they wouldn't know until they did an MRI or He could have had a spinal stroke. He was given a steroid shot to help. I'm sorry to say that it did not and Loki died around 1:00 p.m. I'm not saying Foundation K9 is to blame but all I know is my Dog was there 10 days and was Healthy and full of life and now he's gone😪 If we ever get another dog, I would not take it there for training.

Foundation K9 is amazing! Always had quick responses. Honest with cost and what was or was not provided. Sharon and Jim are amazing! So helpful every step of the way. Jim and his staff are amazing with the dogs. Coco wanted to chase and bit when people were on a motorized moving bike. Jim work with Coco to help her with her fear. Coco would not go on a walk without pulling on us. Now we can take her on a walk and she does not pull. Thank you to Jim, Sharon and their team for such great training.

We contacted Foundation K9 about our 7 yr old Border Collie. From the very first conversations we had with Jim and Sharon my husband and I felt comfortable leaving Harper in their hands. Harper had been having some struggles and we were not quite sure how to help her. The first week Harper was in training, we could already see a positive change in her behavior. We learned so much about her and the “why” behind some of her anxiety, fears and behaviors. We would look forward to the videos we received from Jim every Tuesday and Thursday evening. We were in awe seeing Harper’s progress week after week. It has been an amazing experience to watch her growth and see her working towards her full potential. She absolutely loved the training with Jim. Harper’s happiest when she is working! It is beyond incredible seeing this version of Harper. She is always happy when she gets to see Jim. We are so grateful to Jim and Sharon for all the effort and hard work that was put into Harper to help her live her best life. My husband and I are also super appreciative for the knowledge we have gained through Harper’s training with Jim and Sharon. One of the best investments we have ever made! Our opinion is that 5 stars for this program doesn’t do it justice.
