We brought our 7 month old German Shepherd Dog to Foundation K9 for the peace of mind training. We came to have an assessment, and were told exactly what we would get with our package. Jim was very knowledgeable and understood our high energy puppy. We wanted to have a dog that was well trained and listened. Jim and his trainers gave us exactly that. From basic commands, to off leash and e-collar training, and training us as owners, we got so much out of our package over the course of 10 weeks. We had some issues with our dog having anxiety, but Jim worked with him, and us on how to overcome it. Jim provided extra training with our dog and worked with us as much as possible in preparation for our baby coming. We finished training in the beginning of January, and our baby was born on 01/21. Jim even discussed with us how to introduce our dog to the baby once she was home, and helped us train our dog to walk with a stroller. Our dog, now at almost 10 months old, is a different dog. Jim and Sharon are wonderful, their staff is great, and we are so happy that we chose Foundation K9 and trusted them with our dog. We love that there will forever be a working relationship with us, our dog and our trainers at Foundation K9. Jim and Sharon check in periodically to offer support if needed with our dog and the baby, and they feel like family. We know that they are there if we need anymore training and work with our dog in the future. Please consider them for your dog training needs! They truly are wonderful. Thank you Jim and Sharon!
