Shayne helped us from the first meeting to determine exactly what I needed for a service dog. He and Chase and so many others graciously accommodated all of our needs during the past 2 years of training. They have a passion for what they do and it shows. The animals love them. Axel is trained exceptionally well and can help me if I have any issues. Everyone there has a passion for what they do and excellent work ethics. We are grateful for everyone of the ones who have impacted our lives and Axel’s training. I pass out cards almost every outing because people comment on how well behaved Axel is. I am forever grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about GAK9. We started our Boxer, Thor, off with their Puppy Preschool. When he was old enough, he started his obedience training with Chase. He has been back for Environmental training and refresher classes. We are about to begin his Advanced Obedience training next week. Thor is the best behaved Boxer I have ever seen. Everyone he meets comments on how well trained he is, and he absolutely loves Chase and the rest of the staff. There’s never anxiety when I drop him off because he and I both know he’s going to have so much fun with his training. I highly recommend Chase and the rest of the staff at GAK9. You will not be disappointed!

If you're looking to train your dog, look no further. GAk9 NTC knows what they're doing, and its improved our lives, and given our dog the confidence he needs moving forward. Its rare to find a company who goes above and beyond for their customers, and fixes any mistakes. Our experience with Shayne, and most of the staff have been pleasant. Our experience with GAk9 started in the Summer of 2022, with Shayne and the Puppy Training classes. This provided us the tools needed to setup a very excited working breed for success. We booked Obi for the Basic and Advanced Training sessions. During the Board and Train, we encountered some issues with a staff member regarding the handling of Obi. We incurred extra medical expenses and a lack of support from this staff member on our initial follow up visit Oct 2nd 2022. When we brought this up, Shayne called us that day personally and apologized for what had happened regarding Obi and was determined to make it up to us. He informed us that he had handled the situation and the employee in question no longer works with them, and their actions were not up to the standard that GAk9 expects. He profusely apologized for any issues that Obi had encountered while in their care, and has taken steps to ensure these things will never happen again. He has gone further and is working with us on Obi's follow up sessions himself at our home, reimbursed us for the extra medical visits that Obi had incurred, and brought us a new shampoo free of charge to try and help Obi. While there may have been some issues, they have gone and more than made up for these and rebuilt the initial trust we had in them.
