I am so fortunate to have had Good CitiZEN recommended to me! The trainers are highly knowledgeable and provide great instruction. They take the time to get to know you, your dog, and your dog's individual needs. The training methods have created an impressive amount of connection and responsiveness between me and my dog. I intend to take every class that Good CitiZEN offers to help my dog reach his fullest potential. I cannot say enough positive things about Good CitiZEN!

Owner hung up twice while I was trying to ask simple questions about dog training. Our dog hasn’t socialized with others because of COVID and the owner said, “I don’t need to deal with this. I have people lined up AROUND THE BLOCK to work with me and I don’t need this.” Can’t imagine how they train dogs to act appropriately when they can’t.

I called to ask for information about one of their classes and was spoken to in an extremely rude way, was talked over and was interrupted and then they hung up on me. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

Rating 5 stars because there’s no option to rate higher. Nothing but good things to say about the owner Deborah and all of the amazing people that work here! We have an extremely reactive terrier who has gone through group training and now attends the doggie daycare. After 7 weeks of training he is like a completely different dog! He has learned to be less reactive, he has developed self control when faced with things that would have previously triggered him, and we can actually take him to public places now. All of the doggie daycare staff are wonderful and take the time to make sure he is not overwhelmed during his time there. He’s always so happy when I pick him up. Thank you Deborah and team!!
