FirstBarkI called to speak to a trainer, and a lady answered "hello" angrily as if I was bothersome. She stated she will call me back and refer me to someone. Been two days with no call back. Definitely not somewhere I want to set a trainer with.

Pup attended Puppy kindergarten training there
The team has been wonderful with my dog who doesn’t always enjoy large groups. They pay attention to his moods and give him quiet time when he is overwhelmed. This location and the amazing people have made such a positive difference in my dog and my lives!
Well, I found a gem of a dog grooming shop in the heart of Tacoma. After walking my dog by this shop on my numerous stays over the past year, I decided to try them out. WOW! I just can't say enough for the quality and the excellent service they provide. I give this shop a solid 5 stars.
