After adopting a high activity border collie, with a somewhat troubled background, I knew I needed help! Colette was amazing, she understood that it was me that needed most of the help and the dog would follow🐶 In just a few sessions, she really helped us turn our relationship around and get the dog listening and wanting to please me. I’ve gone from almost wanting to give this dog back to embracing her as an integral part of our family. The techniques I learned help me work with her And I now see improvement every day. Collette and her faculty are both really great! My dog George and I completed the “Puppy Start Right” class along with a few Yappy Hours. Although this was my 3rd dog, there were plenty of new things to learn and brush up on. Having my pup socializing with other pups and humans was fantastic and critical at his age. Highly recommend!

Colette is amazing and a wealth of knowledge. She knows how animals think and can get them to behave within minutes. She has helped train me more than anything :). And, this has enabled me to confidently train my 6 month old bernadoodle. I've learned how to correct my misbehavior so I don't accidentally reinforce my pups bad behaviors. Within 3 sessions, we've mastered eye contact, attention, coming to his place, as well as corrected nipping and greatly reduced jumping. Colette has also given me information and tools to reduce separation anxiety and helped me completely eliminate chewing on cables and the dishwasher! Additionally, my pup leaves the training a very happy dog. Good Dawg Training is a dog paradise filled with sniff zones, puzzles, toys, and treats. It is a delight to work with Colette.
Colette is a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She helped us so much with our puppy. She is so fun and easy to work with, good at training dog-parents as well as the dogs! Would highly recommend any/all of Colette's services.
