Misty is exceptionally professional, relatable, knowledgeable about the programs that she provides. She was very quick to respond to my inquiry, was polite and asked really relevant and intuitive comments. I had to reschedule the first phone call due to work and she was very understanding about my schedule. Looking forward to seeing the progress and where my puppy will fit.
