Got Your Back K9 Life

I recently took my 4 year old dog, Honey to Got your Back K9Life to help her learn good manners and social skills. The owner, George was incredibly welcoming and balanced discipline with kindness perfectly. They got us in quickly and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The environment was so well set up that all the dogs adapted quickly and felt comfortable right away. Before coming here I didn’t realize how much both Honey and I needed to learn proper dog etiquette and social behavior. Now I have a much better understanding of how to handle social situation with my dog and I truly believe that every dog owner should take this class. I appreciate everyone, George, Christie and Ben. I highly recommend George and Staff at Got Your Back K9 Life! Space was limited at the kennel and George offered a VIP service to get her in by allowing her to be a guest in his private residence! Wow! What a nice thing to offer to help us out! Akina our 6 month old,Belgian Malinois, just completed the 2 week board and train. I was completely in shock the difference in her behavior. She was on point with commands. George explained everything and trained us on pickup. We will be attending evening classes on Tuesday and or Thursdays at 7 pm! Thanks, George and staff!

After a delay due to personal commitments and a growing family, I'm finally writing this review for Got Your Back K9 Life. I want to express my sincere gratitude to George and his team. We've entrusted them with training our two dogs over the past 18 months. Our first dog, a LUA Dalmatian(Oakley), presented significant challenges. He was extremely stubborn, engaging in behaviors like jumping over doorframes, opening doors, counter-surfing, and destructive chewing. However, after a two-week training period, George and his team successfully curbed these behaviors and instilled much-needed obedience. Our second dog, Chewbacca (Chewie), a white German Shepherd, is very different. He's gentle and has a loving temperament. Chewie also spent two weeks with George's team while we adjusted to life with our newborn. Upon picking Chewie up, it was evident how happy he was, not just with George, but with all the trainers. He returned home with remarkable obedience and a genuine desire to please. I wholeheartedly recommend Got Your Back K9 Life over any other trainers in Northeast Florida. George's extensive experience in obedience, protection, and detection training is evident. His methods are not only effective but also rooted in genuine care and affection for our dogs. This was particularly apparent after our Dalmatian's training. We specifically chose Got Your Back K9 Life for Chewie because we knew he would be loved and well-cared for. If I could, I would rate them 10 stars. I generally avoid writing reviews due to often encountering subpar services, but George and his team provide exceptional training and service. They offer reinforcement/refresher courses on Tuesdays and Thursdays for past attendees and also provide boarding and daycare services. We will exclusively use Got Your Back K9 Life for our dogs' boarding needs and any future training for new puppies in our family.
