Kelsey made a huge difference during a board and train with my rescue Border Heeler. He has a territorial personality and was using forward aggression to get his way. He'd been turned away from other programs because of how intense his anxiety was. She created an environment where he understood the choices and outcomes so he could choose good behaviors. She desensitized him to a few training tools/ safety tools that I couldn't even use to start training him, like a muzzle. She set me up with the skills I need to keep training him on my own including making a predictable pattern for him. And she's so nice. My dog probably won't ever be an easy dog but she got him to the point where I can handle him, get his nails groomed and get him to the vet, and he's on the path to improvement. Now we mostly have fun and are building our relationship.
Thank you Kelsey for your Patience and knowledge while training Bessie. It was so worth the Price and now having a lab for the first time, we both needed the training.
