Our family is super impressed with how awesome the trainers here are in working with our reactive dog! With their skills and continuing what they taught us in training, the issues we came to them with are almost nonexistent now. Our dog has made huge improvements in leash walking, dog aggression, strangers coming inside the home and fear of a strangers touch all credited to the amazing trainers at GLDT!

Great Lakes Dog Training to the rescue! We have 3 German Shepherds, 2 females and 1 male. Our male is 11 months old now and since he was brought in to our pack last summer it put a strain on the girls relationship to the point of physical fighting between them. I contacted Liz and she understood the urgency of our needs. She got all 3 dogs into the board and train within 2 days. The progress of our dogs was documented and photographed with daily updates. We loved hearing and seeing what exactly was being worked on every day. Our babies have been home for a couple weeks now and the girls are getting along great. We learned that not only the dogs needed training but we did also. With Great Lakes ongoing commitment to lifelong training after the program we are confident there will be continued harmony at home ❤️

Enrolling Charlie my golden doodle in the day train program at Great Lakes Dog Training Co. was one of the best decisions I've made for him. We recently sent our Golden Retriever pup, Miller, to Great Lakes Dog Training Company for their Board and Stay program, and the transformation we've seen in him is truly remarkable! Communication with the Trainers was excellent throughout Miller's stay, with regular evening updates and progress reports that included videos! This review is wayyy overdue but I just wanna say that Great Lakes Dog Training is AMAZING. From the owners, to staff, the environment I love this place. They have helped my son Mylo become a whole new pup in only two weeks after his board and train and being able to keep him around with daycare that include refreshers; I couldn’t ask for nothing better. My pup loves them and it shows which I’m so grateful of because this facility is a place I wanted my son to have since I brung him home.
