We came with a very large Sharpei/ pittbull/ American Bull Dog mix named Rogi....he was challenging to say the least!! But Chris at Green Mountain accepted training me & Rogi ❤️ SUCCESS 🐾 🐾 Walking Rogi is now a complete joy ❤️ I can honestly recommend Green Mountain K-9 to all that have unmanageable pups! First time owners of GSD’s. I had two pups that would not listen were very stubborn and would not return when called. We took a shot in the dark and decided to go with Green Mountain K9 for advanced training. I was and am not disappointed at all. Now we have two pups that actually listen to us. I can bring them anywhere off leash. It’s a joy to be able to go on walks or even hikes with them. 5 stars + for Green Mountain K9!! Chris is the best I will recommend him and his training to anyone !

Green Mountain K9 is a wonderful place to take your dog for training! My experience with Chris is nothing but positive and My dog would say the same thing! My Fiancé and future father in law rescued Gunner back in 2025. He’s a great dog but we had an issue the beginning of this year with younger children. He was reactive to them. My Fiancé and I knew that this could bubble into something worse if we didn’t do something fast. So I called and Chris immediately booked us in. And ever since we began our training journey at Green Mountain with Chris. Gunner has gained more confidence! He started off leash training not too long ago and absolutely loves it! Chris did a great job teaching us how to use an e-collar and prong collar PROPERLY and SAFELY and gunner loves them both! Gunner loves his training sessions at Green mountain 10000/10 would recommend to anyone with a dog that needs to build confidence or is reactive! Thankful for Chris and the knowledge he has taught us!

Highly recommend working with Chris, he is the real deal!! I came to him when I was really struggling with my 9 month old golden retriever as a first time dog owner (biting my kids, dragging me down the street on walks, terrible recall, resource guarding, trying to chew our house to bits all the time -- I was getting desperate). His approach is easy to learn, and his methods worked fantastically with my dog. After just 4 sessions, ALL of the bad behaviors have been corrected, our walks are enjoyable for the first time and I am confident I can keep him safe indoors and outdoors. The results have been amazing, he is like a different dog! If you are considering one of his programs do it, a better relationship with your dog is priceless!

New client here...after diligent research into services available regionally, GM K-9 was the obvious choice! Based on Values, structured techniques and protocols. Chris & associates have been more than understanding in regards to "not every dog nor client" is the same and adjust according to need and goals. I would encourage anyone looking for training services, to open their mind to proven methods that work! My pup, is grateful they are educating me :)
