Happy Dog Training Academy

Our family had a wonderful experience with Bob and his training methods. Our extremely nose driven hunting dog had a mind of his own and Bob was able to patiently work with him. We now have a wonderful family dog who listens, places, sits etc all on command. Our pup is also fabulous on the leash after being trained by Bob and an absolute pleasure to take on an evening walk. Our neighbors have even commented on how well behaved he is when they approach the yard - huge win!!! Thank you Bob and Team!!

Bob did great with our beloved Dewey. We were really nervous and sad to leave him for 3 weeks, but the check ins 3x weekly with pictures and videos really helped us know he was taken care of and learning a lot! Bob made the experience personalized to our dog and worked with him on exactly what we knew he needed help with, as well as basic and advanced obedience to help us and him enjoy life together. We had felt that we had tried everything before to better socialize him, and we notice already how much easier it is to walk him in public and have him behave better around guests. Couldn’t recommend Bob and Happy Dog enough!

Bob is amazing with dogs and their owners. We have never had a puppy and found our little “Honeybun” (a 6 month old goldendoodle) required a better training protocol than we could provide from us just reading from a book. Bob brought the training protocol we needed. Honeybun now has a foundation that we can build upon. She is not a robot. She is still our happy, active puppy. But we are able to identify and eliminate bad habits using the techniques we learned from Bob.
