I can’t say enough positive things about the services provided for my Stella (mini poodle). Stella is my first pet and as you can imagine I had allot of anxiety and questions, all of which were patiently answered. Laurie is professional, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, calm, patient and friendly. My pup and her bonded nicely, she worked well throughout the training processes with all family members. Laurie potty trained, taught Stella to retrieve and play ball, sit, stay, come and helped with learning what to do and not to do surrounding grooming, food and portion control. Stella is praised at the groomers, since Laurie instilled in us the importance brushing, of touching her paws 🐾 , filing her nails and brushing her teeth. All things we keep up with and she continues to allow and cooperate with because we have been doing these since she was 9wks old. At the insistence of the trainer stating that these were imperative to instill in Stella at a young age. Laurie continues to be available to us whenever a new question or concern arises and as a recent dog mom, I have many. Questions have always been met with care and compassion, Laurie truly has a love for animals that really shines through when working with them and their owners. I have also entrusted Laurie with the care of Stella overnight and Stella always seems happy and well cared for as though she were her own pet she was caring for. Stella, myself & my family adore her and recommend her services with any fury family member.
