Laurie and I worked together with both of my young bichons Murphy and Charlie…. Laurie not only trains dogs, but she trains you to continue the good work that you’ve done together. In addition to the training, she offers amazing Insight into dog behavior which really helped me a lot to understand why dogs do what they do and why our dogs need us to guide them and keep them safe. Laurie is a gifted dog trainer, and dog behaviorist….

I had Laurie train my 11 month old Havapoo. She was fantastic! Such a good trainer. It only took 5 visits and my little girl was sitting, laying down, walking without pulling, etc. - all of the things a nicely trained dog will do. Laurie has a way about her that makes dogs love her and want to please her. She even had a little graduation ceremony for my Umi that was so sweet. Highly recommend her!

I inherited Lily, a 2yr old mini daschund when my boyfriend moved in with me. She was a mostly adorable but totally undisciplined puppy. That is until I found Laurie. She is literally “the dog whisperer” she not only transformed Lily but she taught me and my boyfriend how to handle Lily to fit into our lives. I don’t think Laurie is 5’ tall but she has a presence and commands respect. She taught us how to discipline Lily with kindness and firmness. In a very short time Laurie became a member of our family. When I tell Lily that “Auntie Laurie “ is coming she literally jumps up and down with excitement. We have a new puppy and a new friend 🥰

I have used Laurie for two different reasons. First she did training with my rescue husky. Having already worked with another trainer a year prior I can tell you that Laurie was a miracle worker. My dog was a changed dog after working with Laurie. Second was having her stay at my home while I was away taking care of my husky and 2 cats. I could never have asked for a better caregiver for my animals. I get anxious having to leave my pets and Laurie was a dream. She went above any expectations I had in the care of my animals and was a perfect house guest. Whatever your needs are for your fur babies, training or pet sitting you will never regret working with Laurie.
