Our dog is transformed ❤️❤️❤️ We reached out to Rob for 2 reasons: Ruby, our dog used to act like a boss, and run free in our backyard, difficult to walk… and we were moving to the city. And second… we noticed she developed terrible anxiety when we were not home She would cry for hours. After Rob took Ruby in for training, she’s been a completely transformed dog. She loves loves her crate, super peaceful and happy!! And she is almost 7 years old. So I guess you can teach an older dog some new awesome tricks. Rob did that and with so much love and care for our pup. He is obsessed with perfecting dog training, not cutting any corners, and his passion shows. Thanks Rob!!!!!

My dog is very aggressive towards people, and we have failed to work with a different training group in the past, so I was worried but hopeful to work with another trainer. As it turns out, Rob and HD Dog Training was an excellent choice. My dog, Iggy, used to bark and lunge at people when we walked by them in the street, and now we can pass right next to people and he stays quiet and in heel. We had a lot of fun training Iggy, and Iggy had fun too. Iggy made a lot of progress and I learned a lot of strategies in how to train him so that after our 8 sessions were over, I could continue training him myself. It was hard to trust new people around my dog (and harder to trust my dog around new people) because he bites and lunges. Rob handled it extremely well and we got to a place where Iggy was completely comfortable with Rob quite quickly. Iggy is now practicing getting used to more new people, and this training has changed his life. I will continue to use Rob's group training services and boarding services moving forward. HD Dog Training has also built a community around training so you always have support, and there is always someone to answer your questions quickly - usually Rob or Tineisha! I can't recommend it enough, especially if you have a difficult dog.

My dog Dylan and I had so much fun working with Rob from HD Dog Training. Dylan is a smart boy, but he lacked confidence. Dylan panicked any time he couldn't find me. Rob got us playing hide and seek. We played hide and seek in the house, in the yard, on walks and in the park. Dylan still doesn't like it when I am out of sight, but he's able to manage his fear and wait patiently till I return. If Dylan comes looking for me, he's no longer frantic. He's in control. While I was just focused on Dylan's separation anxiety, Rob was studying Dylan and spotting his quirks, like his fear of tile floors and his reluctance to go in his crate. Overcoming his other fears has boosted Dylan's confidence exponentially. Rob's persistence and consistency in training were instrumental in helping both Dylan and me. I highly recommend HDDog Training!
