FirstBarkGood staff and pleasant atmosphere. They took control of unruly dogs and pared like personalities for the final exam. Sometimes hard to hear staff over the noise of the barkers and many fans.

This place is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone after the experience I had there. They train through negative reinforcement and scare tactics. One of the trainers broke the choke chain around my dog's neck and then proceeded to tackle my dog. Needless to say that was the last time we went there... and they never gave me a refund. My dog had recently had bilateral TPLO surgery (a $10k surgery). I made sure they were aware of this and you can see how they reacted. As a dog owner and someone who is committed to dog rescue... please do not take your dog here. There are plenty of other training options (that are more affordable) in the area that provide a positive experience for you and your precious pup.... a win-win all-around as long as you avoid this place.
They trained me as much as they did my dog. Fantastic trainers. I doubt there are many dogs that they cannot train if you are doing the homework
Both of our dogs have trained here, through multiple classes. I enjoyed training here enough that I now volunteer as an assistant trainer in the beginner classes.
Training is negative focused. the first day, they give you a choke chain. They almost made me strangle my dog. POTC is much more positive and effective.
