Justin and the team at High Boot are top-notch. Justin helped us from the very beginning of honing in the right breeder for the type of pup we were looking for. So far, we have completed the 2 week puppy board and train where not only did our sweet Willow learn a ton but so did we. They sent us pics and update videos along the way. Not only is their kennel facility very well kept but also cozy for the pups. We can’t say enough about High Boot and can’t wait until she goes back for hunting school in the fall.

We reached out to Justin at High Boot K9 because our 2.5 year old dog was hyper reactive and honestly getting harder to manage. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the change in him has been incredible. He actually listens now, he’s calm in situations that used to send him over the edge, and I can actually take him on walks now. He is a the dog we always knew he could be. What really stood out was how responsive Justin was the entire time. Any question we had, he answered quickly and never made us feel like we were bothering him. You could tell he genuinely cared about our dog’s progress and not just checking a box to finish the program. Whenever we get another dog, we will absolutely be going back to Justin for training.

There’s a lot of ego in the dog training world. When you find someone who is knowledgeable but humble, it’s much easier to trust them. Justin and Laci are not only experienced, but just fun folks. Ed ain’t half bad either. Don’t let the Marine background fool you, Justin is a bright fella with a deep love for not only helping dogs, but their families as well.
