After the tornados that came through, I was told that the storm front last Wed was concerning and because many dogs have fear and anxiety during storms, and we often lose power, (not to mention your dogs are already anxious) I didn't refuse to respond, however when I have 40 or 50 texts coming in and I am doing things that require my attention, it is easy to lose track of a conversation if I don't pin the message or if it gets lost in the shuffle. Sometimes a text will get drafted that I thought had been sent. There are many factors at play here that you are clearly unaware of. I never got mad. When it says that you wouldn't come because your dogs get scared and that was the reason i gave you the option to do so. I never leave dogs unfinished. I was saying that I'd the power was to go out, like it has in the past, then it would a possibility. I like to keep things as stress free in my life and business. I am one person doing 1000 things. Sorry I was not as accommodating as I used to be. I was beyond accommodating for years, that proved to be a thankless job that was often under appreciated. I had to put my life and joy first and foremost so I can continue to love what I do and be able to provide the dogs with the patience, love, kindness and care that they deserve. My intentions were undoubtedly good, I apologize for not getting back with you, that was unintentional. Anger was never part of the equation. I always put the dogs first.
