Your perception of my response does not make me want to change a word of it because my honesty is not en excuse. I know how I yteat thr animalsnin my care, I know my staff was well.aware of my standards.any factors can make a dog nervous or seem scared: Other dogs, kennels, loud dryers, nail trims. I put the wellbeing of each and every pet first and foremost and take the trust we build with then upon each biaot very seriously. I am sorry you feel that way. Not sure who worked on your dog or why it was afraid. I closed the shop permanently on Saturday so I can work from home. I am no longer responsible for what other people do, fail to do or if they are working with/handling the dogs appropriately. I will be working from home in a private, holistic setting. People may be upset if I am not as accommodating as I was once was or if the phone no longer takes priority over the dog I am working with or rules my free time and that I will be booking up extremely fast. I’d rather them be upset that I couldn’t get them in rather than risking freaking a dog out by rushing or whatever it was that caused the stress and uncertainty. What day was the dog in? Under what lastname? I can at least see if I can get any information from whoever worked with him. I will not miss getting bad reviews for things I didn’t do on days I wasn’t even there. I will not miss being the boss for one second!! Adult daycare was not the job I signed up for, yet that was a big part of my involvement with the salon.
