Honor K9 Dog Training

We got a boerboel puppy and knowing how large/strong they can get we wanted to ensure she is properly trained. We choose the Honor K9 five week puppy training. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable worked with us to come up with a training plan that worked for us. We were so pleased with the initial puppy training we decided to do the follow on five week training. Mark always worked to ensure that during all of the training Maizie had positive experiences. Maizie was a little standoffish with other people, but Mark was able to provide us with things to help work on that. Maizie went from not even taking food from Mark to being happy to seem him and running up to him for our training sessions. Using those same tips Maizie has made some new friends and gets excited when she sees them. We are very pleased with the training and Maizie is well on her way of being calm and well trained. I would 100% recommend Honor K9 to anyone that needs dog training.

I started training Gravy late when it came to regular walks due to moving. She was already almost 2 years old. Ofcourse she ended up with alot of reactivity during our walks. I was ready to pull my hair out. I was doing research online but it wasnt working. I was hesitant because of how long I let this go but eventually I resorted looking into a dog trainer. I found Mark from multiple sources naming Honor K9 as a local top trainer. These sources werent kidding. He responded quickly to my inquiry. My favorite part about Mark is how realistic he is hes not going to swear that one way is the way. He tries the most non-ivasive techniques first and makes adjustments if necesary. Turns out Gravy didnt even need any of that and Im glad I worked with him rather than any other trainer who couldve gone the invasive route. He was not judgemental at all during the consultation or training. Gravy LOVED him. Getting to know Mark during the walks you can tell he is a wonderful human being. We learned so much and can confidently go on walks now. All the tools he has informed me will allow Gravy to thrive the best she can get as she deserves. Thank you so much Mark!

Mark was great to work with and very professional. He took the time to come out and work with us and gave clear, practical guidance during our session. It was really helpful to see techniques demonstrated in real time and to get hands-on experience working with Suki. I appreciated his time, patience, and willingness to answer questions and follow up emails 🙃. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’m grateful for the support. I’d definitely consider working with him again in the future as Suki continues to grow. P.S.
