Vivian is a charismatic, thoughtful, and dedicated trainer. She knows each of her puppies personally and addresses each dog's unique and specific needs in her classes. Her techniques are straightforward, with high success rates. She presents and walks through each lesson with you and is receptive to addressing any different areas of help specific to your dog. She is positive, creative, and very knowledgeable in her field. We highly recommend Impetus if you are considering basic training courses for your pup. Everyone asks us how we trained Luna so well, and we send them over to Vivian and the Impetus team :)

Veronica is kind and caring with utilization of positive reinforcement. She is a knowledgeable instructor that is constantly updating her knowledge with continuing education classes with canine industry certifications. The training area has a special flooring that allows for comfort and grip that is cleaned between all classes. Gates and cloths are set up to allow your pup to focus on you while avoiding the distractions from other doggy participants. We recently completed the Fitness Fundamentals class that taught us not only how to improve my pup's strength, balance, and body awareness, but also worked on mental stimulation through fun activities with colorful and safe equipment. I can see the progress of core control and rear awareness in my bouncy non-stop puppy. This class wears him out and it is easier for him to wind down at the end of the day. Ahhhhh ; )
