Kathryn has been working with my deaf 6 month old puppy and my 5 year old lab mix (who has some bad habits we do not want the puppy to learn). First off Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable in regards to training and dog behavior but also her experience with disabilities (especially deafness) makes her an excellent trainer for our family. Her demeanor and command with the animals is second to none and her ability to educate us after she works with the dogs has been invaluable. Kathryn gives us something to work on and reinforce with the dogs each week. It’s not a lot so we are not overwhelmed. My dogs clearly love her and we see progress each week. Our little dachshund Arnold loves Kathryn! She has been so helpful and understanding of his strange quirks and stubborn nature. We have seen progress and growth from him after each session, and have found our “homework” assignments really reinforce what he learns during his lessons. Kathryn has a deep understanding of what makes Arnold tick, and what techniques work on a unique pup like him! We have loved working with her and look forward to seeing Arnold’s progress continue! 😊

We are so thankful to have found Kathryn! Our anxious pup loves her. Just being in her presence puts him (and us) more at ease and ready to learn.
