Indy K-9

Our family was very hesitant to send our very small chihuahua to training for 4 weeks, but it was a great decision. She had several behavior issues we needed resolved: territorial, biting and overall doing whatever she wanted. Upon her return she is the same dog, but she now is able to listen and obey all the commands Jon taught her. We are now 4 months out and she still knows what is expected of her and obeys all of her commands. I cannot recommend Jon enough.

Indy K-9 did a great job with our Golden Retriever. He is almost a year old and we struggled walking him on a leash. He would tug and pull because he was fearful of his surroundings as well as he didn’t really know how to properly walk on a leash. After two weeks at Indy K-9 we saw a huge difference in the way he walked on a leash. Jon and the team were also very personable and available to any questions we had regarding the training.

We sent our lab puppy, Hank, to Jon for 2 weeks and it has made the biggest difference in our day-to-day with him! Hank fiercely obeys each command Jon went over with us. Before we brought Hank to IndyK9, walking was a struggle. He was only 4 months but we wanted to get him heeling with us as quickly as possible. Immediately upon getting him back we can go on 30 minute walks with Hank right by our side and not getting distracted by other dogs or people. Jon kept us in the loop with video and pics throughout Hank’s stay. From the very beginning we felt comfortable with Jon and leaving Hank there as such a young pup. Not only does he listen to us now, he’s an overall more mature pup! We will continue to use Indy K9 for boarding in the future!
