Baloo joined Heather’s pack several months ago starting with the half day training program. Baloo is a nervous boy but he settled in nicely & fit right in with her group. Heather’s patience, humor & gentle way has helped ease his anxiety & build his confidence. We’ve also done some private lessons & recently a group class with lots of great outdoor activities where Heather set up a wonderful obstacle course, demonstrated various sensory & enrichment toys/activities as well as showed us how to use the natural environment for enrichment. Throughout every lesson Heather is always teaching about communication skills through body language. As a first time dog owner this has helped build my confidence in handling Baloo. If you’re looking for something more than a doggie playgroup I cannot say enough great things about Influential K9. The nearly 40 minute drive is well worth it!

I can’t explain how amazing it has been working with Heather! Rior went into his 6 week board and train with some big issues needing to be addressed and Heather has done a fabulous job helping us and him tackle these issues! Her communication through the whole process was so amazing we got update everyday and we got to see him a few times through out the 6 weeks to see his progress! Rior is home now but Heather is still in communication with us to make the process of him coming back home smoother! We will 100% say if you are considering putting your dog in a training program go to Heather she’s the best!
