Innovative K9 Academy

I have to restrain from writing a novel about my experience with K9 Academy. First off i have read the single 1 star review and it shouldnt be allowed if you havent actually used their services! Unreal. Back to the point, I put my Belgian Malinois through the puppy to adult course. Total time spent at facility was about a month spread into an intro boot camp, then the next portion straight training and obedience amongst the many things they work on. Joe was my trainer and I cant say enough good things about him. I GOT DAILY VIDEOS! Not only of how my pup was doing, but he took the time to narrate everything he was doing/training so at home I can replicate these tactics to further the training myself! I feel like I paid to train my dog and myself. The package came with a very nice ecollar, cot, few days of free boarding and to my understanding every other week group lessons for free! (depending which program you use I assume). My dog has since met the requirements to be my Service Dog as a retired Veteran. It all started with K9 Academy. They dont offer anything specific to Service animals, my point is they kickstarted my pups journey to becoming mine. I am forever grateful and will continue to use their boarding and follow up training services. If you have a working dog, its a hell yes, and any other dog... also a hell yes. You will be with your new best friend for 10-15 years, invest in them and yalls future together. Thank you David for creating this amazing business, thank you Joe for being the example and best trainer I could have asked for. (Turned into a novel anyway, your welcome)

AMAZING!!!!!!!! From the first time I reached out to get more information to my dog being back home with me and just having random questions the team at Innovative K9 have exceeded my expectations. Communication was fantastic during my dogs boarding. I received videos and photos almost every day which was so great to see her and how she was progressing. Ty was my dogs trainer and he was THE BEST! He did such a great job explaining everything he was doing in his videos and at my pick up lesson. He connected with my dog and I could tell he truly cared about her and worked with her to be her best self. Joseph was great at answering ALL my questions and was incredibly helpful with arranging her training, helping me with future boarding needs and didn’t make me feel like an overly worrisome dog mom. My dog is doing incredible at home and while I’m working with her on establishing the same behavior expectations at home with her she knows her stuff and is doing so well. Worth every penny and ensures my dog and I can do everything together because she is so well behaved and trained. Thank you Innovative K9!

Innovative K9 is a dog haven dream for my partner and I. We travel a ton for work, and have historically been pretty concerned about having to leave our pets for extended swaths of time, but Innovative K9 has truly been remarkable for both our dogs. Ava underwent the canine training program as we were dealing with some behavorial issues originally, and she came out a totally different dog. Innovative K9 has been a really transformative experience for us -- it's no frills but the most effective, assured experience we've ever had and now we much more mentally rested when we need to take our long work trips, we know they're in world class hands. Shout out to Joseph in particular for being so communicative and helpful with us, and always so accomodating -- it's really cool to know exactly how they approach training and taking care of the dogs.
