Do you offer puppy training?
Hi Tracy, Yes! Puppy Training is $200. This includes 2 private puppy training lessons. We recommend you space the lessons out about a week apart. The lessons will cover obedience commands as well as common puppy raising issues like puppy biting, housebreaking, crate training and much more! This is a great program for puppies between 8 weeks and 16 weeks.

Do you serve North County San Diego?
Hi Tracy, Thank you for contacting us. We don't travel to all of North County San Diego. We currently travel to the following cities within North County San Diego: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Fallbrook, Bonsall & Camp Pendleton. Although, customers do travel from other areas to train with us. If you sign up for our 21-day boot camp program, we do offer public follow-up lessons which means we will meet you in public locations that we commonly train at. For example, the Oceanside harbor and the Carlsbad strand.

Our experience with IQ K9 Training was exceptional. Molly was a 15-month old cavapoo, out of control, barking at everything and everyone. She is well known in our neighborhood. We enrolled her in other training programs (private lessons in our home and group lessons). It was very frustrating for both Molly and us, but it was clear that she was still controlling everything. We were at the end of our rope when we met a person whose dog went through the IQ K9 Training Program. Molly went through the 2-week in- residence program which includes follow-up lessons. Katie, our trainer, was wonderful. She was very patient in “training us” so that we could effectively communicate and work with Molly. It has been very worthwhile. We are able to take Molly to the park, family events and even shopping centers and she know what to do and what is expected. Katie has taught us what we can and should expect from Molly. The result is that we are very happy and not afraid to take Molly with us for most of our daily activities. Molly is allot happier too! I would recommend IQ K9 to anyone and if I ever have another puppy, I would not even hesitate…it would be part of the plan.

We enrolled our 10 month old rescue dog for immersion training. The dog learned basic commands which was a super result since I'd consider his previous state without any training. Our dog also learned how to walk on a leash. Brett gave us the tools to continue to work with our dog at home. My husband and I visited with our dog for weekly lessons till our dog was equipped with good developments in his manners, following commands and response to us. We were able to follow through at home because we also received training on how to work with our dog, Ricky. It has been a great outcome for us and our dog. We are so happy and trust Brett. Our dog loved attending and would get super happy in the car as we got nearer the school. We have also taken our dog for boarding and it has been an excellent experience. I highly recommend this top notch training facility and their people. Thank you for helping us with our dog.
IQK9 is amazing. We just finished sending our second dog through their program. Our second dog was a 4 month old puppy who didn't want to leave she loved them so much! The staff are loving, caring, knowledgeable, and super helpful. We love them and so did our dogs. We can't recommend them highly enough. Love love love! Thank you.
