Jackie is Awesome & our dogs Gunner & Sabrina love her! Shes patient, positive, proactive & outgoing. A very good listener for us human parents! She's dedicated & passionate about helping dogs & their mental issues. Our dogs were both rescues, German Shepperd & Pit Bull/boxer mix. Both with very high anxiety & reactive tendencies. It is much calmer & manageable now! Solid sessions & the more we practiced at home, the better we all did! I had no idea how much fun the training games would be & Jackie has a wealth of knowledge & personal dog experience! Thank you for helping us all gain our sanity back & still enjoy the fun loving dogs we adopted!

I first came across Jackie when she was a substitute for a puppy training by class I was attending with my then 18-week old Samoyed puppy. We have been struggling a lot with severe separation anxiety, and I was so lost on what to do or whether we could overcome this, but then Jackie mentioned she was a certified separation anxiety trainer who got her certification through Malena DeMartini (big name in the SA world, and name dropped by my favorite YouTube trainers Kikopup and Susan Garrett). We talked about my situation, and got started pretty soon after. We went from starting at a 3 sec threshold to now all the way to 30mins-1hr in 12 weeks, and this only the beginning! I have finally started to have hope that I could go out and not constantly worry/stress about my puppy, and am so thankful for all the constant encouragement and support that Jackie gave throughout our training. Thanks again Jackie, you’re the best!

Jackie is so down to earth and personable. She takes the time to listen to the challenges you may be facing with your pup(s) and gives good solid advice on how to make things better. She also took our new pups history of being a rescue into consideration along with our current pup being deaf. I felt so much better after her visit. I recommend Jackie because she is caring and positive vs simply being money driven. BUT she is also well worth the money!

I have been using Jackie’s (SouthPaw) pet care services for many years. Our pets are our family. I know they are in good hands with Jackie and her team members. I truly enjoy the messages throughout the day with photos of my cats. I see that they are happy and well cared for. I have had some last minute times where I had to go out of town.
