I chose to work with Jackie to help my daughter-in-law with a golden retriever puppy. While my son has had dogs all his life, she had never had a puppy. Bodhi quickly chose her as his “person” and while goldens are pretty easy dogs to train, I felt Jennifer needed a bit more confidence in training methods. I chose Jackie based on her stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. Her love of dogs comes through the minute she walks in the door and Bodhi took to her immediately. I have worked with a lot of trainers over the years. All good trainers come with a training program that is easy to follow, they start with simple things like touch and then move on to more and more complex things. All good trainers have a process that they follow. GREAT trainers also have a program and a process. The difference is that great trainers take the time to sit and really listen to the issues you are having. Great trainers are willing to deviate from their straight step by step method and change things up to address your immediate issues. I can assure you that Jackie is definitely a GREAT trainer. She has made a huge and positive difference in Bodhi’s behavior and I would not hesitate to call on her again if some new behavioral issue should arise. Highly recommend!!

I have trusted Jackie and her team with my fur babies since I moved to the Akron area 9 years ago. Jackie takes the time to get to know your home and your pets and makes you feel comfortable. I have a Boston Terrier with aggression issues and Jackie has been so understanding and thoughtful with who handles him. I have also done training sessions with Jackie and my 2 Bostons when my husband and I were getting ready to welcome a new (human) baby into the home. The training was surprisingly effective and we made the transition with our family seamlessly. Jackie has been invaluable to our family and I would highly recommend her and her team!

We had the best experience with Jackie! She is so knowledgeable, patient and reliable! She helped both me and my 7 month old Bernese Mt dog to learn basic skills to build confidence and trust with each other. She made the process of training so much easier! She was always available via chat on the app and followed up after the training to reinforce everything we went through. I loved the flexibility to train at my house, but also in real life scenarios at the park and in public spaces - with lots of distractions. Jackie was a huge help and provided a great deal of support and knowledge when helping me train my foster dog - a very reactive beagle. She helped me understand my dog's needs and provided me with a variety of resources and tools for his training. She also helped me with a few other foster dogs who had separation anxiety. Jackie is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help people and their dogs. The results were amazing and I recommend her to everyone I know.
