She is super organized, responsive, and professional — but also warm, friendly, laidback, and good with both dogs and humans! I loved the experience of working with her, and so did our pup. Over a short series of sessions she had both of us well trained. Highly recommend her.

We contacted Janice a few weeks after bringing a very unruly 1+ year old dog home from a shelter. We were feeling near hopeless that we would ever be able to figure out ways to live in harmony together with this new pup. She brought both discipline and a gentle warmth to our training together, and over the six-week course, with highly-effective step-by-step training guides, she helped us resolve many very challenging behaviors.

Janice is personable, professional, and patient with our dogs and us parents as well. All 4 of us received our certificate at the end of our training. She incorporated her knowledge of animal behavior into our weekly sessions.
