Jet Set University

We sent our nine month old puppy, camper, to jet set just before Thanksgiving. He was straight puppy, nipping, chewing, digging bathroom issues, terrorizing our older lab. Upon coming back, he knows his “place“, listens to commands and is much calmer. Since sending him away for four weeks, we have met several other people who also used and highly recommend jet set. We definitely use them again if we had another puppy. Thanks to Chanin and Shantel for the constant updates, pictures, and videos and robust training they provided.

This was our second time using Jet Set University for their board and train and we can’t recommend them enough! Our older Vizsla went through the training and we were so impressed that we sent our 6 month old Vizsla puppy too. Our pup’s trainer was Lilli and she was incredible to work with! She completely turned our pup around and more importantly, he could not wait to see her for the in-person trainings. His excitement to see her made us so happy! Lilli was very responsive to all our messages, incredibly kind, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and made you feel comfortable every step of the way. Thank you to Lilli, Chanin, and the rest of the Jet Set team. You are all amazing at what you do!

Jet Set University with Shantel and Chanin was a great decision for our 1.5 year-old bichon-poo. We did the two week training camp and appreciated being able to see his progress through picture and video updates along the way. We were especially happy with his ability to respond to "place" and walk in "heel" after being a pretty adamant leash puller on walks before his training began. We're a few months out now, and the advice and realistic expectations for continuing training at home were practical and are still working. When we return to Jet Set or see Shantel, our pup is always full of excitement and tail wags. We feel confident he had a positive experience and enjoys returning to visit his friends!
