JPK9 Academy

I really don’t even know where to begin!!! Finding JPK9 Academy has changed our life. We have a very, very sweet female Doberman (almost 2 years old) but we started having issues with reactivity towards other dogs and people when we took her out. She is my running partner and behavior continued to escalate. I was running only in the dark to insure that we would not come across anyone. It was terrible and I was fighting the urge to not give up on Lu. I took her to two different trainers and had no luck. We searched and searched for a Board and Train and found JPK9Academy! Juan and Sarah IMMEDIATELY got back to me, scheduled a consultation at our house (an hour drive for them) and we apprehensively sent Lu out that day. Juan and Sarah made us feel comfortable with the entire process and continue to be available. Lu and I are now able to participate in Juan’s group classes and I’m actually out running in daylight and looking for people and dogs! Juan and Sarah are professional, warm and super easy for me to ask for help. Juan even came back out to our little town and went out with Lu and I to help me deal with some issues that we were still struggling with. I have watched them work with all kinds of dogs and people and they are absolutely wonderful!!! Juan’s demeanor with dogs and their people is confident, warm and very sincere. He certainly has a gift. I honestly can’t say enough about how grateful I am that we found JPK9Academy!!!

If you're looking for a good dog trainer, Juan is your guy. We are so glad we met Juan and gave him the opportunity to train our big Boy Nico. If you are having obedience issues. Give Juan the opportunity to help you with that. Believe me, you won't regret it! There are so many positive things I can say about JPK9Academy. Respectful, Honest, Professional, Friendly, Helpful, ect. I can honestly say Juan goes above and beyond.

JPK9 Academy fixed our problem's with Rocco our 9 month old German Shephard's behavior. Rocco jumped, nipped and scratched people and did not follow commands to the point our family did want to come to the house! I sent him to Juan at JPK9 for a month and got a new obedient puppy back. His jumping, nipping and ability to follow commands were really remarkable. I tried the internet training and it just was taking to long to get anything accomplished! Money and time was well spent with JPK9 Academy. We are now participating in the Sunday group classes with Juan and that is keeping us and Rocco's training up to date. JP K9 Academy is fantastic. Juan has been absolutely amazing. He was quick to identify the problematic behaviors and training that our Ginger needed. Training that we the owners needed as well. He wasted no time getting right to work. Even after our first lesson we saw immediate results. He is very kind, caring , professional and extremely knowledgeable. We cannot believe the difference that it has made in our household since using his services.
