During this process of choosing someone to do board and train for my two puppies, it was very difficult because there’s so many trainers with so many different styles. I had a few conversations with Jacob throughout the process and at the end of it, I ended up choosing him because he made it comfortable and he was willing to work with you. My German Shepherd and Cane Corso stayed for about 4.5 weeks with Jacob. He kept me posted in their progress and sent me pictures and videos of them throughout the weeks. Jacob was able to fix a lot of their issues and have become obedient dogs that follow their commands. At the midway point, you come down and learn what they learned and see their progress upfront. No more pulling on the leash when we take walks. It was difficult to not see them but at the end of it, it was all worth it. Jacob did a very good job with two different personalities. His facility/kennel was wonderful and he made sure it was comfortable for them and the other dogs. I would definitely go back for any more additional training and recommend anyone else that needed board and train!!! Very satisfied!! Great Job Jacob!!!

We are a very active family and wanted our fur baby to enjoy every adventure that we went on. Kona was only 4 months old when he went to Jacob’s 6 week off leash program. While we were extremely hesitant given Kona’s age Jacob continues to show us his progress. Kona knows sit, heel, stay, down, and place. Additionally, Kona can be off leash when we go to parks or casually take walks in our neighborhood. Kona is a completely different dog. While we ultimately wanted him trained for manners, jumping and nipping he stopped all of his bad habits and gained additional commands. We cannot express the amount of gratitude we have for Jacob for helping our family! I can assure you that your baby is in great hands. I am a helicopter dog mama and while 5 weeks felt like 6 years it was worth every second. Additionally I have 2 small children and Kona plays so well with each of them . Don’t think twice about Jacob he is an phenomenal trainer!

We sent our 3yo dog to Jacob for a 6-week board and train. She is high energy and was very difficult to walk on leash. Now she’s walking well and healing on or off leash. Jacob took her into stores and she’s doing well with other dogs nearby too. While she was away, Jacob sent us texts and videos to show her progress. We visited him a couple times, so we could be shown how to maintain the training at home. We missed her a ton while she was away, and we are so glad she went. Thank you Jacob!
