I could never get zero to listen or obey commands and with the help of Jacob zero can literally sit for 5 mins straight with distractions and doesn’t even move a muscle! My Basset Hound and Chocolate Lab just completed the 6 week board and train and I am beyond thrilled with the results. I felt heard in terms of what was important to me and felt a lot of compassion from these two young men, never judgment. They were professional and firm with my pups but also fell in love with them. My lab had been to another board and train previously but this experience was different-better. There was consistent, excellent communication and they trained us as owners just as much as they did our dogs. They also helped me change my perspective and as a result of their time and training, I am more confident with my pups. And I know that if I reach out for help, they will be more than happy to be there for us. What a great team that has made a big impact on our family!

Jacob and Dylan take great care in watching my pup, Ranger. They send me pictures and videos of him throughout his stay. He has gone on hikes, swimming, and gets spoiled just like their own dogs Clyde & Bella with lots of love and cuddles! They also make sure he is clean but super tired on the day when he comes home! Thank you again for taking care of my Ranger!
