K9 Academy New England

We have used K9 Academy New England for both of our dogs. Matt has worked with them at different stages individually and collectively. He always goes above and beyond to answer questions and he genuinely cares about his craft. I have recommended him to many people and the consensus is the same, HE IS THE BEST. These services are worth every penny, as our dogs are well behaved and we are informed and responsible dog owners, all due to Matt!

I have never met such a rude and egotistic person as Joe. He has no clue how service dog training works for individuals. Please if you have a service dog training need, do not go here unless you want every single thing on his list paid for, even when you don’t need it. He said a service dog must open doors and bring you keys. There is no must for random tasks ever, other than proper public access. If you need a small seizure alert dog, why would you send him off to get keys while you’re left without help for seizure alerting! He seems to only want $35K and you get what you get, not what you need because Joe gets to decide, not you.
